Fieldwork

Fieldwork is delivered via a fully trained and supervised local network of interviewers. This provides field + tabulation or field only coverage across the UK on a fully supervised basis for street, home, and business interviews.
We also offer Hall tests and specialist interviewers who work in agriculture and animal care who are regularly in contact with farms and veterinary practices. See further details by clicking on Private Sector.
We deliver to IQCS standards in respondent samples ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand selected on relevant geographic or business models. Using trusty, local interviewers keeps costs under control.
All fieldworkers are fully supervised and trained to IQCS standards.
Mystery shopping

A number of our staff are trained mystery shoppers. Some visit stores and council sites whilst others work on the telephone as ‘mystery callers’. The shoppers have highly developed observation skills and are experienced in spotting weaknesses in customer service.

We work for clients who supply consumer services, as well as local authorities and other public services, like Defra. Mystery shoppers are trained to spot weaknesses in customer service that can be corrected by appropriate skills training.
Cati/telephone research
We have large capacity for telephone surveys. Many are in the farming and veterinary sector for international research institutes. We also work for many private companies, local authorities, police, and the NHS.
Our 20-seat call centre has capacity to deliver several different surveys at once and can handle surveys of a few hundred to several thousand respondents.
We programme CATI with our bespoke software. From script to piloting, surveys are operational in hours. On completion we can email results in a few days! Outputs range from ASCII files (data only) to full analysis and written reports.
Staff undertake rigorous training in CATI, and also paper-based delivery for smaller numbers of interviews.
