Our surveys are systematically planned and executed by a professional team using systems and processes that meet Home Office guidelines.
>Health Authorities:
We offer a range of tools to SHA’s and PCT’s including opinion polls, communications testing, and customer service evaluation. These surveys have provided the NHS with valuable insights into public awareness for topics of crucial importance to service delivery and marketing:
• Hand cleaning • Infection control • MRSA screening • Antibiotic’s prescription • Same-sex accommodation.
Research includes opinion polling, advertising message recall, and customer satisfaction. These can be via telephone using fast and efficient CATI programming, online surveys, face-to-face, or focus groups, all to NHS guidelines, and delivered by experienced researchers.
Recent polls have measured the impact of two regional campaigns to raise patient and public awareness for hand washing, MRSA screening, antibiotics, and same-sex accommodation:
- Hand in Hand Infection control (East Midlands SHA)
- Privacy and dignity for all – Same Sex Accommodation (East Midlands SHA)
Data from these surveys has influenced the development of a coherent NHS message about service improvements to an audience of public and staff in a wide geographic area.
